How long does it take to receive custom orders?
We require starting the custom design process at least 5 to 6 months from your mailing date. Rush orders can be accommodated at an extra cost of $500.
When should I mail out my save the dates and/or wedding invitations?
We suggest mailing your save the dates 5-10 months prior to the wedding date and mailing wedding invitations 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding date.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, with Custom designs we do accept international orders. International fees apply.
What is your return and refund policy?
Occasionally unforeseen circumstances arise and although this is an unfortunate situation, you will receive 50% of your deposit back if you cancel within 5 days of Ice Cream Social LLC receiving the signed contract and deposit. There will be no refunds after 5 days. Ice Cream Social LLC does not accept returns.
Can I meet with you in person?
Yes, if you are in the NY/NJ metropolitan or Los Angels area we would love to meet with you in person. Please contact us. We are also available for scheduled Skype meetings.
Can you assist me with etiquette and wording?
The wording of your invitation reflects your personality, style of wedding and family preference. If you are lost and looking for a little guidance we recommend checking out The Knot’s Wedding Invitation Wording Samples.
Will I see a proof?
Before printing and assembly of your invitations begin you will be sent the “final proof” by email. At this time you will review and confirm that every detail is perfect; the layout, type style, spelling, grammar and punctuation.
We ask that you confirm by signing and sending the final approval sheet via email or fax. Your signature is just as unique as our designs.
Can I make changes after I receive my PDF Proof?
Once you have approved the digital proof Ice Cream Social LLC is not responsible for any future changes or mistakes. Any changes made after the digital proof has been signed will incur additional design costs of $250 per design item. The cost for any re-printing will be quoted at that time.

What is the difference between Collections Shoppe & Custom Made?
Collections Shoppe is a pre-designed product. The designs cannot be altered, only the copy and colors can be personalized.
Custom Made is a 100% original design. We start with your special story and details to create a one of a kind unique design just for you.

Can I have the artwork and font(s) from the design that I purchased?
No, the artwork and fonts are not part of your purchase. Ice Cream Social LLC owns all original artwork and original fonts. Reproduction of any original Ice Cream Social LLC artwork or original fonts is copyright infringement.
How do I place an order?

Can I order samples?
We are not providing design samples at this time. If you would like to see examples of letterpressed invitations, please visit our Custom Collections to view some of our other printed pieces. If you are in the NY/NJ metropolitan or Los Angeles area we would be happy to meet with you in person and show you printed samples of our work.
Do you do designs for events other than weddings?
Yes, we design for all of life’s moments. Please contact us with any event you’d like to discuss.
Do you send invitations directly to our guests?
Ice Cream Social does not handle shipping or delivery of save-the-dates or invitations being sent to guests.
Do you offer envelope stuffing and assembly?
Yes, we will gladly help you stuff, assemble or stamp your invitations for an additional fee. Please refer to the custom pricing page. If you choose to stuff and assemble yourself we will gladly give you a demonstration to help you prepare your invitations properly for mailing.
How can I make a payment?
Ice Cream Social LLC accepts, Pay Pal, personal check, or credit card. Credit card payments are accepted with an additional fee of 3.5% per transaction. Any returned checks will require a $50 non-sufficient funds fee and all future purchases/payments must be paid by Cashiers Check. Orders that are less then $800.00 or considered “RUSH” will require full payment upfront. Rush orders will require payment by credit card, which includes a fee of 3.5% per transaction.
