Pricing

Since our designs are custom, and in some cases include hand made items or special materials, our pricing is also customized and needs to be determined on an individual basis. Below you will find example of our pricing for a suite based on a quantities of 100.  

SAVE THE DATES: Custom save the dates start at $1600 with letterpress printing and $1200 with digital printing. This pricing is based on an order of 100 2 color double sided save the date postcards. Other save the date styles are available please inquire.

LETTERPRESS INVITATION SUITE: Custom invitation suites start at $2700. This pricing is based on an order of 100 invitation sets and includes a personalized monogram, a 2-color wedding invitation, a 1-color RSVP postcard, and a 1 color outer envelope.  

DIGITAL INVITATION SUITE: Custom invitation suites start at $2250. This pricing is based on an order of 100 invitation sets and includes a personalized monogram, a 2-color wedding invitation, a 1-color RSVP postcard, and a 1 color outer envelope.  

PRINT READY SUITE: Custom print ready invitation suites start at $1800. This pricing includes a personalized monogram, a 2-color wedding invitation, a 1-color RSVP postcard, and a 1-color outer envelope design. This option does not include printing. When your invitation is completed we will provide you with the final file in any format as needed so you can print it as you like for personal use only. 

WEDDING MONOGRAMS: Custom wedding monograms are $850. We present you with 2 design options to choose from and provide you with 2 rounds of revisions. When your logo design is completed we will provide you with the final file in any format, as needed so you can use the logo as you like for personal use only.

ILLUSTRATED ISLAND SAVE THE DATE: The canvas invitation starts at $2350 for a quantity of 100. This style has also been adapted for our Illustrated Islands save the date collection, which is letterpressed on paper.

MAILING LABELS: Custom designed mailing labels start at $200. This pricing is based on an order of 100 labels. We design custom sticker wrap mailing labels to match the design of your invitation. This service also includes inputting all of the names and addresses of your guests into the design of the labels.

STUFFING & ASSEMBLY: Stuffing and assembly rates start at $1.75 a set and includes stuffing the envelopes, sealing, and applying stamps.

RUSH SERVICES: Rush orders can be accommodated at an extra cost that ranges from $300 to $500 dollars depending on the time frame and scope of project.

INTERNATIONAL: Shipping and transaction fees can be very expensive between the US and Europe, among other countries outside the US. We have experienced shipping costs that can go for around $300.00 or more. We just like to let you know so there are no surprises!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Sales tax will be charged for all NY state residents. The prices above do not include shipping or assembly. Stuffing and assembly rates start at $1.75 a set which includes stuffing the envelopes, sealing, and applying stamps. The above estimates do not include any additional decorative elements, for example, bellyband, ribbon, or textural items. 

While we do not turn away smaller quantities, we find that quantities under 50, end up seeming very expensive for a small amount. This happens because we dedicate the same amount of work whether the quantity is 20 or 100, so our design fee stays the same.  There are different ways to reduce cost so please don’t hesitate to ask us about additional options that would fit your budget.

Occasionally unforeseen circumstances arise and although this is an unfortunate situation, you will receive 50% of your deposit back if you cancel within 5 days of Ice Cream Social receiving the signed contract and deposit. There will be no refunds after 5 days. Ice Cream Social does not accept returns.
